Profile
Panoramic photography, using medium and large format lens, is perfect
for capturing on film, the wide vistas, the colours and the intricate
textures of our Australian landscape.
The digital camera phenomenon may one day catch up with the old technology
of lens and roll film in a box. Hopefully if it does it will replicate
the quality of photograph with, movement of water and warmth of colour
while still retaining the challenge of using a 6X17 camera.
Having
been lucky enough to travel around and ski in some of the worlds most
scenic areas provided me with the opportunity to supply photos to the
ski and tourism industry. This experience with 35mm film together with
my love of medium format photography and a desire to see and photograph
more of Australia's wild and natural landscapes, through my perspective,
has led me to start this website and offer my photographs for sale.

The gallery opened with images of the Snowy Mountains
around Thredbo, Crackenback, with the Granite Tors and Snow Gums being
the main theme for the 2004 winter . Joining the snow shots is a selection
of photographs from the Southern Highlands vistas, Water Falls and Sun
Rise, Sun Sets around Cronulla, Port Hacking and Royal National Park.
The Gallery is expected to quickly expand to include additional photographs
of the following areas.
Kosciuszko, Dead Horse Gap, Charlotte Pass, Thredbo River and Diggings,
Ramshead, Kareela Hut, South Coast, Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Sydney
Beaches , Sydney Harbour, Blue Mountains, Newcastle, Barrington Tops,
Canberra, NSW coast line...
Plans are in place to cover areas further a field next year depending
on the wims of mother nature. The drought and bush fires over the last
two years has prevented travel to many places or photograph them in their
true light.
I am happy to discuss requests for photographs of a specific locations
or areas.
